Product Addendum B

Version 1.0 · Effective: April 1, 2026

This Product Addendum governs Customer’s use of SmartDiscovery and is incorporated into the Intentify Master Services Agreement (MSA). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the MSA.

1. Product Description

SmartDiscovery is an AI-powered business discovery engine that helps Customers identify opportunities for AI adoption, process improvement, and business growth. SmartDiscovery uses AI agents to analyze Customer-provided business context, website content, and goals—then generates tailored strategic outputs including AI opportunity maps, AI Personas, customer journey maps, and actionable recommendations.

SmartDiscovery is intended as a strategic exploration and ideation tool. It is not a substitute for professional consulting, market research, legal analysis, financial advice, or any other licensed professional service.

2. Key Features and Scope

SmartDiscovery may include the following capabilities, which are subject to change during Early Access:

  • Business Analysis: Analyzes Customer-provided website URLs, service descriptions, and business goals to identify industry context, positioning, and opportunity areas.

  • AI Opportunity Mapping: Generates tailored recommendations for AI solutions, workflow automation, and strategic improvements based on Customer inputs.

  • AI Persona Generation: Creates fictional, research-informed personas representing ideal customers, stakeholders, or user segments that Customers can interact with conversationally.

  • Customer Journey Mapping: Produces visual and structured representations of how target customers move from awareness to action.

  • Actionable Output Generation: Compiles discovery insights into structured deliverables Customers can use to guide implementation planning.

3. Trial and Subscription

  • SmartDiscovery includes a [14]-day free trial. No payment is required to begin the trial.

  • At the end of the trial period, the account automatically converts to a paid monthly subscription at the then-current plan rate unless canceled before the trial ends.

  • Customers will receive a reminder email [3 days] before the trial ends with charge details and cancellation instructions.

4. AI Disclaimer — SmartDiscovery Specific

Customer specifically acknowledges and agrees that:

4.1 Strategic Recommendations

  • All AI-Generated strategic recommendations, opportunity maps, and action plans produced by SmartDiscovery are exploratory in nature and are not professional consulting, business, financial, legal, or investment advice.

  • Intentify makes no representation that SmartDiscovery outputs are accurate, complete, feasible, or appropriate for Customer’s specific circumstances.

  • Customer is solely responsible for independently evaluating, verifying, and applying SmartDiscovery outputs before making business decisions.

  • High-stakes decisions—including but not limited to mergers, acquisitions, significant capital investments, or product launches—should not be made solely on the basis of SmartDiscovery outputs without independent expert review.

4.2 AI Personas

  • AI Personas generated by SmartDiscovery are entirely fictional constructs synthesized from general patterns and Customer-provided context. They do not represent or accurately predict the views, behaviors, or characteristics of any real individual or identifiable group.

  • AI Personas should not be used as a substitute for real user research, customer interviews, or market studies.

  • Customer must not represent AI Personas as real individuals in any public-facing context without clear and prominent disclosure that the personas are AI-generated.

  • Intentify is not liable for any business decision, product design, or communication strategy developed on the basis of AI Persona interactions.

4.3 Website Analysis

  • SmartDiscovery may analyze third-party website content submitted by Customer. Customer represents that it has the right to submit such content for analysis and that doing so complies with the applicable website’s terms of service.

  • Intentify does not store, index, or redistribute third-party website content beyond what is necessary to generate the requested output.

  • Intentify makes no representation regarding the accuracy, currentness, or completeness of information derived from third-party websites.

5. Customer Responsibilities

In addition to the responsibilities set out in the MSA, SmartDiscovery Customers must:

  • Provide accurate and complete business context inputs to obtain relevant outputs. Intentify is not responsible for outputs generated from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading inputs.

  • Apply independent judgment before implementing any recommendation generated by SmartDiscovery.

  • Clearly disclose to any third party who interacts with or receives AI-Generated Personas or outputs that such content was generated by artificial intelligence.

  • Not submit confidential or proprietary information belonging to third parties without authorization.

  • Not use SmartDiscovery outputs to make representations about competitors, third-party companies, or real individuals without independent verification.

6. Intellectual Property — SmartDiscovery Outputs

As set out in the MSA, Intentify assigns to Customer all right, title, and interest in AI-Generated Outputs produced through Customer’s use of SmartDiscovery, subject to Customer’s compliance with this Agreement. Customer acknowledges that:

  • SmartDiscovery outputs are generated using AI models trained on broad datasets and may produce similar or identical outputs for different Customers.

  • Intentify does not represent that SmartDiscovery outputs are unique to Customer or free of claims by third parties.

  • Customer is responsible for independently assessing whether SmartDiscovery outputs infringe third-party intellectual property before using them commercially.

7. Data Handling — SmartDiscovery Specific

In addition to the Intentify Privacy Policy, the following applies specifically to SmartDiscovery:

  • Business inputs, session interactions, and AI-Generated Outputs are retained for [90 days] by default. Customers may export or delete their discovery data at any time through the dashboard.

  • Intentify does not use SmartDiscovery session data or outputs to train AI models made available to other customers without explicit Customer consent.

  • Third-party website content submitted for analysis is used only to generate the requested output and is not stored beyond the active session unless explicitly saved by the Customer.

8. Cancellation

SmartDiscovery subscriptions may be canceled at any time by:

  • Navigating to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription in the SmartDiscovery dashboard.

  • Emailing support@intentify.co with the account email address and cancellation request.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access is retained through that date. No prorated refunds are issued for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.

9. Updates to This Addendum

Intentify may update this Product Addendum from time to time. Customers will receive at least 14 days’ notice of material changes via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of SmartDiscovery after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

This Addendum supplements and is governed by the Intentify Master Services Agreement. In the event of conflict, the MSA governs on general matters and this Addendum governs on SmartDiscovery-specific matters.
